This shoe is a much smaller preemie shoe than the pairs I bought for my daughter 30 years ago. The shoe is perfect and narrow but not enough length for the big toe. The size zero is too long and too wide in other shoe brands.
The shoes fit perfectly. My granddaughter weighed only 4 pounds 9 oz. She couldn't keep anything on her tiny feet, but the socks and shoes fit perfectly. Now her feet can start warm on these cold days
