We ship orders Monday thru Friday (with the exception of holidays) with orders placed before 12pm Pacific shipping the same day and those placed after shipping the next business day.
To help expedite your order, we have added three questions at check-out. First, we ask how best to contact you, secondly, what to do if something isn't available, and thirdly, if there is a specific date your order needs delivery. These are not required for check-out, but taking a few minutes to answer will be helpful.
If we haven't heard differently, First we will contact you by email, then try calling you if a question comes up about your order.
Secondly, if our inventory numbers are incorrect we will issue a refund unless you have indicated for us to substitute a similar item.
Thirdly, we will ship your order as indicated at check-out.
Free shipping - we offer free shipping on orders over $50, and orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class.
International shipping - we ship internationally via FedEx, and all customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient/customer and not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Packing Slips - All packages are sent with a packing slip showing items but no prices.
FedEx 2Day - takes two business days to arrive
USPS First Class Mail - Delivery via First class mail can take up to 5-7 business days. Delivery can be delayed due to high volumes and there are no delivery time guarantees applied to this shipping method.
Shipping to a hospital - Hospitals can have their own requirements for shipping to one of their patients. Please check with them first to see if there is any special notation required on the shipping label because, without it, they can refuse delivery.
Orders over $250 - will be required to ship to the same address as the Billing address on the order. The order will ship with a require a signature upon delivery. These steps are taken to protect both parties on fraudulent charges.
Order not received - First, check your mailbox or large parcel box. If still not found, please let us know ASAP, we will follow up with the carrier and see if we can locate the package, the sooner you contact us, the better the results. Deliveries over 30 days from delivery date can be harder to track down; refunds will not be issued for orders over 45 days. If shipped to a freight forwarder, our responsibility ends at delivery.
