WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Preemie Store offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold on our website. If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 60 days for store credit. Items must be returned in 100% new condition within the above timeframe. They must not be worn, washed, or damaged, and all tags must be securely in place and returned in the original product packaging.  If the product is received opened, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Items received that have no tags, packaging or have been washed will not be processed for a refund. We will offer these to our local NICU, for other parents in need to enjoy. No pacifiers can be returned if their packaging has been opened.

Items purchased as a set have to be returned as a set.
Exchanges -We will issue a refund back to the original form of payment, and if a different size or item is wanted, a new order will have to be placed for them.  
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an issue caused by the Preemie Store. 


If it was a gift, unless you indicate an otherwise on the enclosed packing slip, we will issue a refund on the purchaser's card.  If you would like to do an exchange, we will issue you a store gift card for the returned item(s) value that can be used on a new order.  Please include the email address that you would like the store gift card sent to on the packing slip.

Please keep your tracking number so you can track the package, if needed. When we received your item, we will issue and refund or store credit.

We are a small company and would like to accommodate preemie special needs. So please keep the tags and packaging and we will be happy to repackage them for the next preemie and issue a refund to you.
