Perfectly Preemie designed this little tee so preemies would have something both cute and practical to wear. I have heard from parents and nurses that they LOVE this style because of how well it has worked in the NICU. There is a velcro closure on the front for easy dressing, and the side ties give the little one a little growing room. The open shoulders have velcro make it even simpler to dress around a preemies medical needs.

The little cap now has a longer band so parents can adjust the fit better. The band can be folded up for smaller babies, and as baby grows, the band can grow with them. It also can be brought down over baby's eyes a bit, so help protects them for bright lights in the NICU. From a parent: "We are constantly told to be super mindful of light and sound bc they technically are still supposed to be in utero."
  • Adjustable velcro closure in front & adjustable side ties

NIC Sweet-tee

The Sweet-tee bodysuit is the longest running style Perfectly Preemie has made. A few years ago they added the open-shoulders for easier access in the NICU. The quick and easy velcro closures make dressing a snap. The tie closures provide growing room for growing preemies.

We are proud to say that all Perfectly Preemie items are made in the USA.

Can't wear in NICU yet

I love the outfits; however, it would be helpful if you would let buyers know that most NICU situations/nurses do not put on clothes at the extreme preemie size. I would have purchased the next size up. They still may use them when he finally gets to three pounds. He still has a pound to go. I will wait and see if then they can be worn.
