This little tee is perfect for preemies it is both cute and practical. It is LOVED by both parents and nurses because of how well it works in the NICU. The front velcro closure provides easy dressing, and the side ties give the little one a little growing room. This style has added velcro closure at the shoulders to provide the best access for NICU needs.
